Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability on both the client and server sides.
• Implement and manage APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with account directors, UX designers, and other campus partners to define project requirements and timelines.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about emerging web technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility (WCAG), security standards, and SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of professional experience in web development with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• In-depth understanding of web architecture, module development, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Proficient in Drupal 10 (including Symfony), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Twig templating.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Able to integrate front-end components with back-end logic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Drush and hosting platform (Acquia)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing tools.
