PARTS ADVISOR

INFINITI of Lubbock is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team in Lubbock, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Your expertise and customer service skills will ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate parts support, contributing to the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service department personnel in identifying and acquiring vehicle parts and accessories.
• Manage parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
• Keep records and update databases of parts transactions and inventory.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive parts or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
