We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop, manage, and grow our relationships with key partners to drive business growth. This role will involve identifying potential partners, negotiating deals, and managing the long-term relationships that will help Hona achieve its business objectives.
- This is an in-office role located in Orem, UT
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies to initiate and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate terms of collaboration with partners to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success.
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure consistent value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop partnership initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and optimize strategies for continued growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
- Foster communication and collaboration with external stakeholders to maximize partnership impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving business results.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure partnership impact.
