We are looking for a Partner Success Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US.

[Role Description]

  • Define value-based bundles consisting of cross-portfolio offerings based on customer demand in alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive partner success and market adoption of Siemens’ differentiating solutions within the Land and Expand framework
  • Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for SMBs and large enterprises around our innovative digital offerings.
  • Simplify buying journeys for our customers and enable scalable commercialization and co-selling with partners
  • Support enablement efforts with messaging and pricing focusing on value selling.
  • Refine offers based on customer and partner feedback as well as market insights to continuous improve of partner offerings

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in solution marketing and GTM strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and structured communication skills with a focus on customer success
  • Knowledge of SaaS, automation, digital commercialization and digital business models.
  • Customer- and partner-centric mindset with ability to simplify complex offerings and creating win-win situations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with partner ecosystems and indirect sales.
  • Previous experience in customer success management
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing or automation environment
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business.

The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320 annually with a target incentive of 15 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
