Job Responsibilities
- Support administration and configuration of Workday across key functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Compensation to ensure reliable performance and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams to determine and implement system improvements.
- Lead or support Workday projects, including new module implementations, feature rollouts, and business changes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
- Establish and uphold data governance standards to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure successful implementation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an ambitious team setting.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
