- Problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience or Knowledge of Linux, light scripting, cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ESXI VMware
Experience in using FreshDesk / FreshChat

- Correctly enter data into their CRM.
- Should have technical experience with system administration.
- A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor) and a stable high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
- Flexible with work schedule.
