Position Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing desktop support across MEI Group’s corporate office and multiple dealership locations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and improving technology processes to increase overall efficiency and productivity.

Position Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing desktop support across MEI Group’s corporate office and multiple dealership locations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and improving technology processes to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests from internal teams across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and equipment
- Analyze and streamline existing IT processes for greater efficiency
- Collaborate with management to implement improved technical procedures
- Assist with additional IT-related tasks and projects as assigned
- 1+ year of technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus
- Network experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or related field preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours if needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, crawl under desks, and perform physical tasks related to hardware setup and maintenance
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
- Part-time (20–29 hours per week)
