Part-Time Bookkeeper

Description

Pannos Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with bookkeeping software, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations).
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare documents for accountants or tax preparers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Organize and maintain digital and paper financial files.
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments or discrepancies.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks online, HubSpot, MS Office.
• Experience in Function Point is preferred.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is a must.
• Strong computer skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
