Busy Pompano beach Collection law firm seeks an experienced and dedicated Paralegal with exceptional case-management skills to join our very busy, dynamic Pre-Judgement team.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
The firm offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive salary and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including document review, evidence organization, and witness coordination.
Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
Prepare trial binders and exhibits
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience with a focus on trial preparation.
Associate's degree or higher-level degree in a related field.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work managing high volume case related deadlines
