We are seeking skilled painters with a strong work ethic and reliability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using a variety of paint products and materials, including primers, single stages, basecoats, and clearcoats. The ability to work on both small and large items individually or as part of a two-man team is crucial. The painter will be responsible for maintaining the flow of work within the paint booths, ensuring high-quality finishes, and working closely with the team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and apply a variety of paint systems with precision and consistency
- Paint components of various sizes while meeting quality standards
- Work independently or as part of a two-person team to complete assignments
- Maintain consistent workflow through the paint booths
- Support preparation activities including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure job quality and timely completion
- Properly manage and dispose of paint waste in compliance with safety standards
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Experience with a variety of paint products and materials.
- Ability to achieve high-quality finishes and meet production timelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong color-matching skills
- Ownership of painting tools or equipment
- Familiarity with pressure pot paint delivery systems
- Basic mechanical ability
