The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by

• assessing physical, social, and psychological needs, collaborating with the care team, and evaluating patient responses.
• Developing individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input.
• Implementing care through delegation and coordination, managing resources efficiently.
• Documenting accurately and adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrating professionalism, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN (preferred), with a salary range of $35.70 - $52.25/hour. Physical requirements involve patient handling, operating equipment, and mobility. The role is based at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
