Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations in Power Paint and Wet Paint Booths
  • Work towards daily objectives as assigned by Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with Department Leads regarding production priorities
  • Monitor progress and status of jobs on the priorities list
  • Maintain workflow schedules
  • Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
  • Submit material requisition to supervisor for current and future production
  • Conduct annual employee evaluations
  • Enter and track employee attendance in ADP
  • Administer disciplinary actions


Specific Qualifications

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of powder paint and wet paint operations
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills


Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five Years’ Experience in comparable field/ Production Environment
  • Proficient in Personal Protection Equipment, Global Harmonization System, and Lock Out- Tag Out
  • Must be able to train on the above protocols/ OSHA Guidelines


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
