The Demand Management team encompasses both Allocation and Order Management functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless movement of products through the supply chain—from Distribution Centers to the end customer. We manage inventory allocation, order prioritization, and the maintenance of efficient stock levels to ensure alignment with business needs and minimize excess inventory. Our objective is to improve inventory distribution and order fulfillment to boost operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and optimize overall processes.

The Order Management Manager is a subject matter expert within the Demand Management team, responsible for driving order fulfillment processes and ensuring orders are compliant to LEGO requirements. Success in this role requires a proactive attitude, a focus on continuous improvement, and a commitment to fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance process visibility and order execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is unafraid to challenge the status quo, and brings strategic insights to solve everyday business challenges.


Core Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage order management processes, ensuring quality of orders and timely execution
  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports to provide insights to orders status and order fulfillment
  • Develop and implement improved business processes to drive efficiency and scalability within the Demand Management team
  • Partner with Order Managers to root cause and troubleshoot system and/or order-related issues
  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives to support the growth and integration of new team members.



Do you have what it takes?



  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Proficient in SAP or similar order management system
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Proven experience in order processing, order management systems, and/or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Embraces different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture
  • English Fluent Level.
  • Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.



The salary for this position has a range of min 100,906 to 151,360 annual based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
