As the Order Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s orders are shipped on time by working with multiple internal departments to get ahead of possible delays and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This includes keeping the sales team apprised of any potential delays and working with them towards a solution.

What Will You Do:

  • Help ensure our customers’ ship dates are met.
  • Work with Asia counterparts to ensure information on our customers’ orders aligns with final shipping details and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Be a liaison between sales and multiple internal departments.
  • Frequently present and actively participate in meetings with various teams.
  • As potential issues arise that may prevent on-time shipment, collaborate with internal teams to arrive at the best possible outcome.
  • Maintain visibility of development & production issues that could impact on-time delivery.
  • Maintain multiple documents to keep internal teams updated on the latest customer program information.
  • Assist in developing or updating account-specific processes as the need arises to maintain efficiency and transparency.
  • Run reports and work on special projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of order management/processing and or Asia/retail operations experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
  • Problem solver and analytical thinker.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional attitude, good organizational skills, and dependability.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Retail operation experience.

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes a Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave. Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
