Exciting opportunity for an entry level Office Engineer in the DC/MD/VA region. A driven and motivated Office Engineer is needed to manage the administrative activities within a limited scope to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals.
Office Engineers will have the opportunity to apply to the Leadership Development Program after six months of employment with PC. The Leadership Development Program was created over 40 years ago as a blueprint for building future managers from within the company. This program is designed for energetic, highly motivated individuals, who strive for excellence and are eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession.
Through a series of rotations, Engineers in the Leadership Development Track gain valuable knowledge and skill-sets from many facets of the construction industry, with exposure in areas such as field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering. These rotations are designed to allow individuals to broaden their overall understanding of each facet of the business and provide the foundation for professional development and growth at PC.
Candidates must have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, previous construction experience, and a desire to build a career within the construction industry.
