Job Summary
Our Company is seeking an Office Assistant to handle phone calls, receive payments, prepare documents and support duties for a CPA office. We are looking for an individual who is efficient in multi tasking, managing large amounts of information flow from multiple sources, meeting project deadlines, self-motivated, and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while managing administrative support is essential to this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Proficiency in MS Office
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional Communication Skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties
- Respond to questions and requests for other information
- Receive and prepare incoming/outgoing client data
- Receive water utility payments in RVS
- Monthly water utility billings
- General office support duties: Shredding, filing, daily mail, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office
