Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management
- Foster a positive and collaborative patient-provider relationship
- Work closely other providers, leading a skilled multi-specialty team committed to high-quality patient care and practice advancement.
- Provide patient treatment, supporting research, education, and the implementation of quality care initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including blood and metabolism analyses.
- Discuss holistic and non-pharmacological approaches based on blood work results for treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed treatment records and track patient progress accurately.
- Cultivate strong patient relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with the practice manager and team for a positive work environment.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
- Certification in a relevant specialty (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner) plus experience in aesthetic medicine (injectables, bio- identical hormone replacement, microneedling etc.
- Experience or strong interest in functional medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Valid state Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
- Extensive knowledge of holistic nursing, integrative health medicine, and mind/body wellbeing.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide personalized care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
- The ideal candidate will have experience in family medicine / functional medicine.
