About This Team
The North America Sports Marketing team is responsible for the creation and execution of our athlete and ambassador strategy, inclusive of relationship management, ambassador casting, product seeding, activations and campaign activity across NA. NA Sports Marketing sits within the broader Community team which is also comprised of the NA Events and NA Community organizations who work in partnership with myriad cross functional partners to build meaningful local relationships, to engage our ambassadors and talent through relevant activations and to further lululemon’s commitments within diversity and inclusion.

Hybrid - Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in , or willing to relocate to, the specified work location.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $52,500 - 68,900 USD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Responsible for operational logistics associated with Ambassador experience in partnership with the Manager of Ambassador Programs
- Support the ecosystem of Ambassador Programs and projects on an as needed basis
- Manage ServiceNow tickets by responding to inquires, escalating complex issues, tracking resolutions and providing weekly status updates to ensure timely and effect support
- Manage process for North America payments (contracts + ad hoc), working cross-functionally with FP&A to navigate pre-paid amortization and competition bonus
- Support in Ambassador hosting for experiences and campaign production as needed in moments against the North America Community calendar
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Business or the equivalent work experience
- Experience in AP invoicing system or strong appetite to learn and master
- Experience juggling cyclical projects with one-off initiatives and effectively prioritizing
- Experience processing invoices/payment orders through Coupa
- Proficient in MS Suite and experience user in MS Excel
