Brand Marketing at Red Bull North America is where the Consumer Insights team is situated, and the hub of marketing insights and strategy across the US business is formed by it. A simple but impactful mission is held by our team—to be the voice of the consumer and spotlight opportunities focused on growth. Reporting to the Director, Consumer Insights, a custom research expert with a passion for insights storytelling and data analysis will be required, and motivation will be derived from connecting dots and driving the business forward. Analytical storytelling abilities and strategic laddering of insights up to business opportunities are required. A focus on people management and relationship building, informally through multiple teams throughout Red Bull's organization, will also be required.


All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:


LEAD LARGE-SCALE QUANTITATIVE & QUALITATIVE PROJECTS

  • Custom research projects such as A&U/segmentation studies, need state analyses, immersive consumer deep dives/ethnographies, and brand tracking will be managed.
  • Research through DIY/agile research tools (e.g. survey/guide writing, programming, analysis) and vendor management (e.g. overseeing RFP process, research design, project management, deliverables) should be led comfortably.


MANAGE QUARTERLY BRAND HEALTH TRACKER (T&A REPORT)

  • Build the quarterly T&A (Trial & Awareness) report with in-house custom data, developing a deep understanding of our Brand Health, consumer trends, and priority occasions
  • Work to continually evolve reporting and analysis to ensure we are uncovering net new insights and opportunities, as well as connect the dots across other datasets
  • Becoming an expert in this data source is a top priority and necessary for success in this role


INFLUENCE & INTEGRATE INTERNAL TEAMS

  • Be a visible insights ambassador to Red Bull marketing teams (especially within brand marketing)
  • Help develop new team capabilities in consumer-centric ideation and brainstorming that promote stronger planning throughout Red Bull's marketing team
  • Be proficient in CPG data (e.g. sales/off-take and shopper panel), using that knowledge to identify opportunities and guide action with commercially focused Red Bull sales and marketing teams


BRING INSIGHTS TO LIFE THROUGH PRESENTATIONS AND WORKSHOPS

  • An ability to tell stories and make complex information easy to understand/apply should be showcased.
  • Present to diverse audiences at different levels, roles and amounts of insights experience—but never compromising on impact and resonance
  • Lead ideation sessions, workshops and trainings that are rooted in an insights-driven, consumer-centric approach


Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 3-5 years of Insights experience should be possessed, either from vendor- or client-side roles, with a strong foundation in custom qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel should be demonstrated, along with proficiency in SPSS and navigating crosstab tools.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data analysis/visualization software is considered a plus.
  • Professionalism and the ability to communicate ideas to stakeholders across Marketing functions should be exhibited.
  • Outstanding project management experience should be demonstrated in managing a pipeline of insights plans and insights vendors.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that is energized by finding new areas across the company where insights can grow the business should be possessed.


This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.


The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - $128,040 + cash incentives.


Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.


The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
