What You’ll Do
Respond to and follow up with all incoming internet (iLead), phone, and KBB ICO leads
Make 60+ outbound calls per day to schedule appointments
Enter and update all leads and appointments in Dealerbible and CRM systems
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Submit nightly activity reports and attend bi-weekly BDC meetings
Maintain 100% Mazda certification
Answer general service and parts inquiries
Enhance every customer interaction through the Nelson Difference
Commit to personal and professional growth on a daily basis
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Retail, sales, or call center experience preferred, but not required
(Training provided - no automotive experience necessary!)
