Pay Scale: $35.26 to $48.37

We are currently looking for a Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate our nursing staff for our 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday schedule. The Supervisor RN will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, providing guidance and support to the nursing team, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program; minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
  
  

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Current RN License in Tennessee and current BLS Certification.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
• Ensure that all patient care plans are followed and that documentation is accurate and complete
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, and reorder as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations
