Operation Christmas Child - Domestic, a ministry of Samaritans Purse, is searching for a Bi-lingual (Spanish and English Speaking) Multicultural Promotional Associate to serve at our IHQ in Boone, NC, or in a Ministry Center in Fullerton, CA; Englewood, CO; Coppell, TX; Aurora, IL; Baltimore, MD or Charlotte, NC. A Day in the Life of a Multicultural Promotional Associate:

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff, and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Multicultural Promotional Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Support the Multicultural Partnerships team to grow the number of shoeboxes producing national partnerships
• Assist the Multicultural Partnerships team in contacting churches, data maintenance, and management for Latino Days at processing centers
• Manage volunteer registration process for Latino Nights
• Attend Latino Night events with team to assist in Volunteer Check in process
• Support in the coordination and implementation of promotional events, and attending events as assigned
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with field staff and local volunteers when engaging in promotional activity on the local, regional, and national level
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Two years of college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task effectively
• Strong administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Team player, who brings a positive, flexible attitude
• Initiative taker, proactively looking for ways to serve
• Bi-lingual: Spanish (required) and English (required)
