The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,300.00 - $87,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician will perform routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures to ensure accurate and timely data for research studies, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform and document analytical procedures in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct routine data analysis to ensure accuracy and acceptable tolerances, escalating unusual results to senior staff.
- Upload data analysis results to LIMS systems under senior staff supervision.
- Support quality investigations, deviation resolution, and procedural changes as required.
- Prepare buffers, solutions, and reagents for laboratory analysis.
- Train entry-level staff, assist with onboarding, and deliver hands-on training in proven competencies.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and provide clear, accurate, and timely communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology (required).
- MLT License (required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment (preferred).
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirements (e.g., computer use, reading small print). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and equipment, including automation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and GLP standards.
