Shift: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

At Cypress Garden Center, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Marketing/Admissions Liaison to join our team and be the welcoming bridge between our facility and the community we serve.

About The Role

As our Marketing/Admissions Liaison, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families—helping guide them through the admissions process while representing our facility within the community. You will:

• Respond to inquiries (in-person or by phone) and work to convert them into admissions
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Represent Cypress Garden in the broader community through presentations and outreach
• Conduct pre-admission visits to hospitals or homes
• Monitor public perception and help position the facility positively in the community
• Maintain communication with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including paperwork and transportation
• Help residents and families adjust to our facility and understand policies, services, and costs
• Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure resident and family satisfaction
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar admissions or marketing role (healthcare/nursing home experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain lasting professional relationships
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
