The Clinical Director (LCSW or LMHC) oversees behavioral health services within the Transitional Housing program, partnering with the Program Director.

  • Supervises and trains social service staff, including Client Care Coordinators and Case Managers, promoting evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
  • Ensures clinical service quality through audits, compliance, and community partnerships for comprehensive client support.
  • Provides crisis intervention, manages high-risk cases, and facilitates long-term client engagement.
  • Coordinates with external agencies, attends meetings, and supports reporting responsibilities.
  • Must have NYS LCSW or LMHC license, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual skills a plus.
