**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company services.
- Coordinate and track marketing activities, including print materials, events, and advertising.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor marketing performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and campaign timelines.
- Support the preparation and execution of property-related events and trade shows.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Education, Business or other relevant major _OR_ a related combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in marketing; architecture, engineering, or construction industries are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience capturing and maintaining data in a database (Cosential, or similar system such as Salesforce, and Ajera, or Deltek a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, and document production skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently

- Base pay range of $64,000 - $72,000 annually, based on qualifications and prior experience
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half with regular opportunity for overtime available
