What You’ll Do
- Set up and fine-tune fiber optic drawing machines
- Assemble polymer sub-assemblies and finished products
- Record production data and enter it into the system
- Help with engineering trials and process improvements
- Follow SOPs and suggest updates with the team
- Input machine parameters into data programs
- Help troubleshoot issues during production
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Stable work history required
- Related experience given preference
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
- Reliable transportation and on-site availability
- No direct experience required, just eagerness to grow!

- Pay range: $20.00 - $21.62
