You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for managing multiple functional areas of manufacturing.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of manufacturing, including machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging. You will lead a team of employees, ensuring their recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions are effectively managed.

- Conducting performance assessments and providing feedback
- Assigning work and managing employee salaries
- Implementing recognition and disciplinary actions as needed
- Overseeing multiple functional areas of manufacturing, such as machining and assembly
