As a new Manufacturing Project Manager at ATC Automation, you will be expected to oversee a variety of custom automation projects daily. Your primary responsibilities will include managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution in the automation sector. You will regularly collaborate with engineers and customers, facilitating communication and aligning project goals with customer needs. In addition, you will conduct regular status meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing solutions, ensuring projects remain on track and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as a strong focus on project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement in our processes.

- Broad knowledge of engineering and production processes and industry best practices
- Experience interfacing and managing customers
- PMP Certification

- 3+ years in a Manufacturing Project Management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project PWA
