Fouts Electric Corporation is seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our expanding team. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects across Los Angeles & Ventura Counties. From conduit runs to complex troubleshooting, you'll work alongside experienced crews to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical installations. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for ground-up commercial and industrial projects.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, electrical, architectural, and mechanical drawings.
• Perform layout, conduit bending and installation, wire pulling, device setting, and lighting system installs.
• Support Foremen and Project Managers in ensuring timely, code-compliant execution of project tasks.
• Follow all electrical codes and safety protocols to maintain a secure jobsite environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; proactively report material needs and equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with a team of electricians to uphold project standards and deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: State of California Journeyman Electrician's License
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Skilled in reading and interpreting detailed construction and electrical documents
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in active construction environments
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high craftsmanship standards
