What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Use tracking software and scanners to manage deliveries
• Maintain inventory for storage rooms and break rooms
• Keep coffee, water, and ice machines operational across facilities
• Lead recycling efforts and manage materials throughout City buildings
• Assist the Loading Dock Master with traffic and shipment coordination
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum Requirement
• High school diploma or GE
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Preferred Experience (Not Required, but a Plus!)
• Access control and CCTV system
• Forklift Operator Certificatio
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• You're a Great Fit If You
• Are highly organized and great at juggling multiple task
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and vendors
• Know your way around a computer and basic software tools
• Are comfortable with moderate physical activity and lifting up to 20 lb
• Can work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  

Working With Us
You'll report directly to the Security Manager and work as a key part of our Facilities team. You'll be based out of the City's Mail Room but interact with employees and departments throughout the organization.
