Your Role And Responsibilities

This position provides support to IBM sellers/internal client teams in creating well-structured deals (client agreements, SOWs, etc.) that meet IBM's financial and client satisfaction goals. You will advise, negotiate and provide clear direction to internal and external clients on IBM terms and positions. Successful performance requires reading and modifying client documents, modifying IBM standard agreements, and drafting agreements/amendments as needed. You will:

• Analyze problems/situations;
• Perform successful negotiations;
• Manage contractual relationship complexity;
• Understand subcontracting process;
• Understand Business Partners;

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• In-depth understanding of contract law, subcontracting, and business partnership dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fact-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Contract negotiation experience
• Sales and Management experience are also both a positive factor.
