As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with kidney disease, including conducting physical assessments and administering medications.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise Patient Care Technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor treatments, and document care activities to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Ensure staffing requirements are met and adhere to all safety, legal, and company policies.
- Maintain current nursing licensure, preferably with dialysis experience, and participate in ongoing education.
- Your role is vital in delivering compassionate care and improving patient outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment.
