You’ll provide one-on-one fitness coaching to clients in their homes, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and personalized progression. Our clients are results-driven women who expect high standards, consistency, and encouragement. We want a coach who not only looks the part, but also lives the lifestyle—motivated, professional, and warm.

About The Role
You’ll provide one-on-one fitness coaching to clients in their homes, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and personalized progression. We want a coach who not only looks the part, but also lives the lifestyle—motivated, professional, and warm.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct private in-home training sessions
- Travel to client locations within a 30-minute radius
- Flat rate of $50 per completed session
- Flexible, contractor-based role — train clients on your own schedule while representing the Vanessa Carlson Fitness brand
- Required to deliver exceptional service, complete session notes promptly, and maintain professional standards
- Top performers who consistently exceed expectations and align with our company culture may be offered a salary-based position with added benefits and responsibilities
- Advancement is based on performance, cultural fit, and business needs
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain)
- Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and polished, professional presence
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
- Active on social media and comfortable appearing in short fitness clips/stories
