About the Role

As a Logistics Associate in our Harlem Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and mastery of various complex computer systems

• Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations

• Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once

Requirements:

• Minimum education of Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experience

• Proficiency in databases with real-time troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environment

• Availability to work the following set schedule onsite at our Harlem pharmacy located at 122 W 146th St, New York, NY 10039: Saturday - Sunday: 11AM - 9PM
