General Summary
Provide all branches/customers with accurate, efficient, and
professional service. Collects and interprets loan information for
preparation of accurate loan documents. Applies bank loan policies to
documents to reduce risk to the bank and help the branches use the correct
documents for collateral perfection. Edits loan tickler system to ensure
reoccurring and specialty items are properly set up and tracked. Ensures
compliance with regulations to secure various loans and meet government
requirements.
Responsibilities And Duties
Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge of loan documents and loan processes.
Knowledge of basic loan terminology.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
Skill in communicating effectively with management, customers, and co-workers.
Skill in customer relations.
Detail Oriented and problem-solving abilities including basic loan math.
Ability to work as a team player.
Education And Experience
High school graduate or equivalent with previous banking experience or
equivalent work experience.
Previous Experience With Common Loan Terminology Preferred.

- Performs maintenance on Suntell Doc Tracking's tickler system regarding
- Assist branches in error resolution.
- Review and assist branches with data accuracy in lending programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Transition opportunity into the LPC Loan Specialist role.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
