What You Will Be Doing

As our Literacy Coordinator, you'll be at the helm of a reading revolution:

• Orchestrate dynamic, AI-enhanced reading sessions that adapt in real-time to each student's needs

• Partner with our tech wizards to fine-tune AI tools, ensuring they complement and amplify your teaching expertise

Literacy Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Your mission: Spearhead an AI-powered reading revolution. You'll design and implement a cutting-edge literacy program that:

Basic Requirements

We're looking for a literacy champion with:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
  
  

OR

Any Bachelor's degree paired with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System)

• Proven success in early elementary literacy instruction
• A passion for edtech and eagerness to embrace AI-enhanced teaching tools
• A track record of creating captivating, effective learning experiences
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
