Licensed Practical Nurse Home Health - Full-time position providing professional nursing care in patients' homes within Kansas City area, including parts of Kansas and Missouri.
- Benefits include up to $2500 sign-on bonus, benefits from day one, paid days off, career development, and wellbeing resources.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with on-call weekend commitments monthly or quarterly.
- Responsible for implementing individualized patient care plans under RN supervision to promote health, restore function, or support peaceful death.
- Qualifications: Nursing diploma, minimum one year of relevant experience, current Kansas or Missouri license, BLS certification, and valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: prior home health experience.
