Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR and Staffing Director to oversee all aspects of human resources and staffing operations at our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, employee relations, compliance, and retention initiatives to ensure our team is fully supported and our residents receive high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Maintain and optimize staffing schedules to meet regulatory and facility standards
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training processes
- Serve as a resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility-specific HR regulations
- Monitor and support staff retention efforts through engagement and recognition initiatives
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage HR reporting
