Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location. Locations include - ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, 370-774 NORTHLAKE BLVD, INDIANAPOLIS, 220 VIRGINIA AVE, ST LOUIS, 1831 CHESTNUT ST
The Learning and Performance Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing performance support such as documentation and interactive documentation.

The Learning and Performance Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing performance support such as documentation and interactive documentation.
How You Will Make An Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Authors support material using technical writing standards.
- Updates documentation at the request of the business and in preparation for training.
- Researches and compiles data relative to smaller-scale, less complex processes.
- Prepares new or reviews and updates existing documentation.
- Participates in quality review process.
- Documents business and systems processes in support of business performance.
- May partner with business SMEs on expected business outcomes.
- Participates in data analysis and business problem investigation in order to effectively support implementation of developed solutions.
- Collaborates with content owners, instructional designers, technology consultants, and other project team members on requirements, design, development and implementation of projects.
- Requires a BA/BS degree in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide and equivalent background.
- Prior project management experience preferred.
