Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD Master Trainer, PCC), preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, with a proven track record of strong facilitation skills and successful consulting engagements.
  • Additional Skills Required:
    • Expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze organizational data and generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
    • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders and diverse teams.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
