Job Description
 We are seeking a motivated and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional growth, leadership strategy, and people development. You will work closely with our leadership team to support training programs, facilitate workshops, and contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs


  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities


  • Conduct research on leadership best practices and industry trends


  • Collaborate with managers to identify leadership development needs


  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements


  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance


  • Prepare presentations, reports, and learning materials for leadership teams



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field


  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or related role


  • Strong communication and presentation skills


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team


  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
