Key Responsibilities
Location:
FGP Systems, Cumberland Drive, Weymouth
Hours
39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 7.30am until 5.00pm and Friday 7.30am until 12.30pm

Summary
Summary of functions:
Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of direct and indirect materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide procurement requirements supporting FGPL and Project Tanner
- Take ownership for all related day-to-day procurement activity
- Ability to negotiate at most levels
- Initiate and drive cost reduction potential
- Provide reporting data if and when required
- Supply statistics to support adequate OTD levels
- Improve supplier performance in all aspects
- Awareness of Health and Safety
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening and speaking)
- Organisational skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and power point
- levels A-C or equivalent required (Ideal but not essential)
- Thorough understanding of ERP/MRP
Location:
