Job Overview

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is hiring two experienced Journeyman Electricians to lead hands-on electrical work on commercial, industrial, and federal projects in the San Pablo, CA area. In this role, you'll take the lead on electrical installations, mentor small crews, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and workmanship. We're seeking dependable professionals with a proven track record, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform electrical installations on commercial and industrial job sites
• Supervise and manage a crew of 2-3 electricians or apprentices
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure code compliance and jobsite safety at all times
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Coordinate work with foremen and project managers
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and daily logs
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and team members
• Represent the company professionally in the field
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (must be licensed for 2+ years)
• Minimum 4 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Prior experience managing small crews (2-3 people)
• Demonstrated reliability and longevity with previous employers
• Solid references and a proven track record of project success
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and local codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
