Job DescriptionJob Description

• Credential Analysis & Evaluation
• Review, verify, and evaluate foreign academic transcripts, diplomas, and certificates.
• Determine the U.S. (or Canadian) equivalency of foreign education using recognized resources such as AACRAO, NACES, or TAICEP standards.
• Assess authenticity and accuracy of submitted documents.
• Research & Data Management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, grading scales, and institutional accreditation.
• Research educational credentials and institutions using authoritative databases and reference materials.
• Document evaluation decisions clearly and maintain organized digital records.
• Client Communication
• Communicate with applicants, institutions, and agencies to clarify documentation or request missing information.
• Prepare clear, detailed written evaluation reports.
• Explain evaluation results to clients or partner institutions when necessary.
• Quality Control & Compliance
• Ensure evaluations meet organizational policies and professional association standards (e.g., NACES, TAICEP).
• Participate in peer review for consistency and quality assurance.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal data responsibly.
• Continuous Learning
• Stay informed about global education trends, changes in foreign credential recognition, and emerging verification tools.
• Attend training sessions, webinars, and professional development workshops.
