- Credential Analysis & Evaluation
- Review, verify, and evaluate foreign academic transcripts, diplomas, and certificates.
- Determine the U.S. (or Canadian) equivalency of foreign education using recognized resources such as AACRAO, NACES, or TAICEP standards.
- Assess authenticity and accuracy of submitted documents.
- Research & Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, grading scales, and institutional accreditation.
- Research educational credentials and institutions using authoritative databases and reference materials.
- Document evaluation decisions clearly and maintain organized digital records.
- Client Communication
- Communicate with applicants, institutions, and agencies to clarify documentation or request missing information.
- Prepare clear, detailed written evaluation reports.
- Explain evaluation results to clients or partner institutions when necessary.
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure evaluations meet organizational policies and professional association standards (e.g., NACES, TAICEP).
- Participate in peer review for consistency and quality assurance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal data responsibly.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about global education trends, changes in foreign credential recognition, and emerging verification tools.
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and professional development workshops.
