We're Hiring: Human Resources Business Partner!

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The ideal candidate will partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth through effective talent management.

Location: Cambridge, MA

What You'll Do

  • Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design
  • Handle routine employee relations issues, including:
    • Coaching managers on writing reviews and providing constructive feedback
    • Advising on employee leaves and accommodations
    • Addressing nuanced issues with guidance from HR leadership
  • Coach managers on employee engagement, performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Identify training needs; collaborate with Learning & Development to create impactful programs
  • Partner with Compensation to conduct salary reviews and ensure internal equity
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Partner with COEs to align programs with client needs
  • Implement HR initiatives and change management activities within the business
  • Develop positive relationships and maintain confidence and trust with all levels of employees
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 6+ years progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand operations and metrics
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven consulting, problem-solving, and HR solution delivery skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Ability to build credibility and partner with all levels of leadership
  • Skilled at designing and executing project plans
  • Strong partner to HR COEs for creative HR programs and solutions
  • Poised under pressure, with strong judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high organization
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated
  • Experience in dynamic, high growth environments
