As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing autonomy metrics and optimizing engineering process management tools. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our engineering processes. Responsibilities:
- Review autonomy metrics data to improve the accuracy.
- Facilitate long-term solutions for autonomy metrics review and improvement.
- Review testing data tagging and provide feedback to Operations team.
- Define comprehensive engineering use cases for different tools, like Jira, Jama, and PlusGo.
- Design the workflow among different tools according to the use cases and document the tools instructions.
- Facilitate tool rollout to engineering team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Possess an analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and autonomous driving industries.
- Experience with engineering process management tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of autonomy metrics and data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
