Job Summary

The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to final installation. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage projects while collaborating with a diverse team of architects, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of project types

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in interior design, with a demonstrated history of successfully completing U.S.-based projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit is mandatory for creating detailed design plans, construction documents, and presentations.
  • A strong understanding of U.S. building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling graphic presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • A motivated and collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in additional software such as Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience in a variety of sectors, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial design
  • Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specification, procurement, management, and installation.
