Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is pivotal in driving sales growth by managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, generating quotes, and supporting the outside sales team. This position will collaborate and consult with existing and new customers to determine their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
Travel: 0-15%, some international travel may be required.
Physical Demands: Lifting a minimum of 25lbs, occasionally. Position is a desk position. Long periods of computer and/or phone is required.

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is pivotal in driving sales growth by managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, generating quotes, and supporting the outside sales team. This position will collaborate and consult with existing and new customers to determine their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our range of refrigeration products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals as needed.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage account information, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the technical support and application engineering departments to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in commercial refrigeration.
- Provide feedback to company leadership on market conditions and customer preferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the commercial refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Experience in tracking customer sales information, forecasts and reports using related software applications preferred.
- Experience working in Oracle preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new and complex products and product lines.
- Customer focused and service oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Demonstrates an ability to: exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives; identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities; develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans; implement and follow successful sales processes.
