Job Summary
This position will prepare, track, and analyze project financials using SAP, Time Tracker, and Sensi IQ. Be responsible for gathering relevant data to create a financial business case for all proposed projects and be the financial liaison for the project teams. Data collection automation and visualization will be part of the responsibilities.
Job Details/Responsibilities
The position exists in an office environment within a manufacturing facility. Requires sitting for extended periods of time with occasional stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, etc. May require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, of objects up to, but not limited to, 10 lbs. Frequent repetitive motion tasks performed. No travel required.
This position may be eligible to work remotely 40% of the time. This may change based on job responsibilities, project/business needs and/or Associate job performance. In all cases Associates may need to have on-site presence for designated meetings and compliance-related activities.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance within an international environment. Advanced computer software skills (SAP and Power BI) is preferred. Excellent analytical and strong system skills (relevant SAP knowledge, MS Office, Power BI) is preferred.

Job Details/Responsibilities
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 2. Participate in the different financial cycles: Monthly closing, Rolling forecast, and Annual budget process.
- Setup project tracking in SAP using work breakdown structure elements for budgeting and tracking the actual progress of projects.
- Prepare resource allocations monthly using time-tracker to capture data and generate journal entries.
- Prepare an executive summary of company projects with the PM office for reviews.
- Exercise discretion, judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, and tact in dealing with all issues.
- Participate and help other colleagues in dedicated finance projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
